As we can see there is a strong resistance line keeping the rsi down many people thought that it was going to go back up after the dip but it bounced off that resistance line again.
The bounce made the price go back down today to currently 41.7k
I still believe in the head and shoulder pattern and see the price hitting 53k but the pattern may have already formed and we are at the beginning of a huge correction
