Open a position that costs you the least possible, something like a 10$ position without leverage to begin with (and this applies on any market, even stocks and index, I have an example on US500 as well)
and see how it makes you feel, how it makes you react
are you addicted to the market? do you watch it 24/7 ?
Can you hold a position worth 10$ and accept that you’ll make a profit of “only” 50$ in 2 weeks ?
your eyes won’t make the market move

Do not chase the money or you’ll get exhausted
Chase the skills, and money will naturally follow you
